Dalmatian Pelican which visited the Hayle Estuary a few weeks ago.
As i was sat in the van in the Quay house car park the Pelican flew from the far side of estuary and landed on the only bit of ground it could find as the tide was well in .
It then decided to fish about fifty yards in front of me catching a large flat fish.
As the tide dropped and the sun came out it decided to have a rest on its favorite mound.
